Scheduling

Tampa Personal Training Reservations

Slots can be reserved at consultation for all Driven Health & Fitness Services, you may select a time block in advance weekly based on Instructor and Therapist availability, Team Driven will need alternative times for training weekly both mornings & evenings Monday - Saturday to ensure attendance.

If your Private Group or Individual appointment requires another time our team will do its best to cater to your needs.

Training starts on time. Missed days will only be accommodated if notified 24 hrs in advance. No-shows are not required to be accommodated for.

Individual Training

Individual training is conducted on weekdays from 5am - 9pm. Training times are scheduled according to the availability of your Tampa personal trainer.

Outdoor Training Weather Cancellations

All training will be conducted at designated fitness facility for both New Tampa and South Tampa.
