Nutrition and planning ahead is essential part of reaching fitness goals. Our approach is designed to maximize nutritional well-being and optimize one's health by utilizing support and tracking techniques. Our role is to guide and support each client to facilitate change by using behavior modification and lifestyle enhancement.

Each of our programs comes with a meal guideline designed to assist clients in reaching goals and making a permanent lifestyle change.

Process

- Record typical dietary pattern for a week (evaluate hindering factors)

- Grocery List (make your own choices off list provided)

- Modified meal plan (includes favorite picks and suggestions for healthy alternatives)

- Weekly Reviews (training incentives and rewards)
